All of our faculty members are professionally qualified and have wealth of experience in teaching as well as practical hands-on knowledge of the subject they teach at Lynchpin.

Mirza Farrukh Baig, ACA

Farrukh is a veteran professional and a well known figure among student community in Dubai. He has over ten years of experience in teaching accounting, portfolio management, investment analysis and corporate finance. He has been teaching the students of CFA, FRM, ACCA and MBA.  He is also working as Senior Manager Credit Risk in one of leading banks in Dubai. Prior to this he was with Horwath Int'l (Pak) and worked in their Audit & Consultancy department. 

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has been awarded Gold Medal for outstanding performance in final examination of Chartered Accountancy.

Surendera Barsode, PhD, FRM

Dr. Surendera has been involved over the past 22 years primarily in the areas of risk management, management consulting (for Basel II, credit risk, market risk and operational risk), corporate and investment banking and management consulting. He has served many prestigious organizations like State Bank of India, Dun & Breadstreat and Aptiva Consulting. He has conducted trainings across the globe on credit risk, operation risk, Basel II and other risk management areas. Currently he is serving a leading bank in Dubai as Head – Basel II. He is working on implementing credit risk rating model, developing portfolio loss distributions models for credit risk, Value at Risk Models for Market Risk and Operational Risk VaR models.

Surendera has a Master’s degree in Commerce and a PhD in Credit Risk Modeling. He is also a FRM Charter holder.

Saif ur Rahman, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACMA

Saif has a vast experience in financial management, accounting and financial analysis. He has served large multinationals besides being part of prestigious organizations like Dubai Investments. He holds an outstanding academic record and has wealth of experience in teaching the subjects of management accounting, taxation, financial management and audit.
 
Saif is a qualified ACCA, CIMA, CPA and ACMA. He also holds Masters degree in Economics.

Junaid Bray, CFA

Junaid is a native South African and a seasoned equity analyst and portfolio manager with research, experience and studies focusing on analysing publicly listed companies and financial markets in South Africa and the MENA region. He has worked in reputed international organizations as Financial Controller/Senior Equity Analyst. He has conducted equity research on vital corporate sectors as well as managed discretionary portfolios on behalf of institutional investors.

Junaid graduated in Business Science - Finance (Hons) from University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the Investmen Analysts Soceity of Southern Africa.

Muhammad Ali Mirza, CFA

Ali is a professional banker and holds wealth of experience in treasury management. He has served many financial institutions and currently working for a reputed bank in Dubai. He has been teaching the students of CFA for last many years in Dubai.

Ali holds a BS. Degree in Mathematics from LUMS. He is a CFA Charter holder.

Zahid Pervez, ACMA

Zahid is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in cost and management accounting. He has served large industrial groups in different countries at vital roles in accounts and finance areas. He has successfully lead teams for overall implantation of cost and financial accounting frameworks and considered as industry expert in developing cost and management accounting systems and controls. Currently he is working in one of the largest industrial conglomerate in Dubai and looking after their management accounting function.
 
Zahid is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA).

Haresh Kumar, ACMA

Haresh is qalified Cost and Management Accountant. He has over eight years of senior management experience working in the sectors like FMCG, oil and gas, financial institution and real estate. He is our expert teacher in the subject of Management Accounting and Coporate Finance.

Mukesh Kumar, ACCA, ACA, CIA 

Mukesh is a seasoned professional and has served many well known organizations like Ernst & Young, KPMG and NBD. He has been involved in various assignments of management consultancy, audit, internal controls, and financial management. He has ample experience of teaching ACCA, CA and CAT. Currently he is working as senior internal auditor in one of the leading banks in Dubai.

He is a qualified ACCA (UK), ACA (Pak) and Certified Internal Auditor (USA).

Mudassir Bukhari, ACCA

Mudassir is a young and energetic banker. He also has vast experience in teaching ACCA, CAT and CA students. He has served Horwath Int'l (Pak) for four years in their audit and management consultancy department. Apart from this he has also served large industrial group in Pakistan as CFO.

He is a qualified ACCA (UK), B.com and holds various certifications in Banking and Credit risk analysis.

Kashif Hussain, ACA

Kashif has a solid professional experience in finance and accounting field. He has served for last twelve years in various management consultancy firms, audit firm, and industrial groups. Currently he is working in credit analysis department of a well-known bank in Dubai. He also has vast experience of teaching students of ACCA, CAT and CA.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. 

Anie Onaiza, ACA

Anie is a qualified Chartered Accountant having over a decade of experience in Audit, Financial Management, Taxation and Financial Planning. She has served PWC in the capacity of Auditor and Tax Manager for over four years. Apart from this she has proven track record working in some of the world's largest companies like PEPSI, GE and DIC Inc.

She has wealth of experience in teaching Audit, Tax and Advanced Financial Management. She has served as member of Technical Advisory Comittee at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has also been awarded Gold Medal for outstanding performance in her Intermediate Examinations.
